INFANTS, WOBBLERS & TODDLERS

(Ages 3mos - 24mos)
 

Children are a precious gift from God. The nursery team is dedicated to providing a place where our youngest learners will experience an abundance of love and security while engaging in unlimited opportunities to grow and develop. Each day is filled with discovery, exploration and celebration as we reach developmental milestones.

There is no such thing as too many hugs, cuddles and giggles for babies and toddlers! This tender age is the perfect time to introduce children to God's great love for them. Children will enjoy simple Bible stories and songs as foundations in faith begin.

​

Nursery Program Activities Include:

  • Bible stories and songs

  • Gross motor development

  • Fine moter development

  • Language development

  • Sensory play

  • And so much more!!

PRESCHOOL

(Ages 2- Pre-K)
 

Young children learn through interaction with their environment and by the ongoing use of the five senses. Until ages 6-7, children learn through manipulation of three-demensional objects rather than the two-demensional world of paper and pencil (abstract). Play is not in opposition to a planned curriculum, but rather found to be appropriate curriculum in action. We use play learning centers and classroom settings to help children connect what they are learning.

Preschool Program Activities Include:

  • A Beka Curriculum

  • Weekly children's chapel

  • Academic Skills Building (Language development, math, writing & reading, science, and history)

  • Art

  • Library

  • In-house field trips

  • Holiday Programs

BEFORE & AFTER SCHOOL

 

Promise Land Learning Center recognizes the challenge facing busy, working parents to find a safe place that meets the needs of their children before and after school.  Promise Land is the answer!  With flexible options and excellence in care and service, our goal is to provide parents with peace of mind so they can be effective in their workplace.  With experienced, qualified teachers, our goal is to give children an engaging, safe and loving experience that enhances their school day.

Before & After School Program includes:

  • Before & after school transportation to area schools (Montgomery ISD)

  • Breakfast and nutritious afternoon snacks

  • Daily devotions that encourages and builds confidence while reminding children of God's great love for them

  • Homework and reading time

  • Planned afternoon enrichment activities that promote teamwork and social development

  • Outdoor play area and gym

  • And much, much more!!

TRANSPORTATION

​

Providing safe transportation for school age children is a responsibility that we take very seriously. Our drivers are trained in Transportation Safety that complies with state licensing requirements and their driving records are reviewed regularly. Because safety is of paramount concern, we teach the children how to conduct themselves on the bus and encourage them to take responsibility for choices demonstrating that it is everyone's job to stay safe!  :)

The Promise Land is pleased to provide transportation to the Montgomery ISD area during the school year.  This includes the following schools: Madeley Ranch Elementary, and Stewart Creek Elementary.

Summer of Wonder

​

Summer of Wonder is a Jesus-filled learning based adventure to develop and grow your child's mind and their relationship with Jesus. Summer of Wonder is for children 4-12 year olds. Summer of Wonder begins June 3rd, and ends August 9th. 

​

Summer of Wonder Activities include:

  • Arts & Crafts

  • Chapel

  • Cooking

  • Water Days

  • Dress-up Days

  • In-house field trips

  • An End-of-Summer Palooza!
